Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor & Videographer based in Sadar. The role involves planning and executing video shoots for property listings, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns, including camera setup, lighting, and audio capture. The Video Editor & Videographer will edit footage into compelling videos, add graphics, text overlays, music, and basic animations, and ensure brand consistency across all visual content. Daily tasks include collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, organizing and managing video files and backups, and delivering content on schedule for digital platforms and presentations. The role also includes maintaining video equipment,



staying current with visual storytelling trends, and continuously improving the quality and impact of video content. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in video editing, including proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess videography skills, such as camera operation, framing, composition, and basic lighting and audio recording techniques.
• Candidates should possess abilities in visual storytelling, including planning shot sequences, creating engaging narratives, and aligning content with brand and marketing objectives.
• Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and basic graphic design, including adding titles, transitions, and straightforward animations that enhance video quality.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage digital assets efficiently.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in video production, are beneficial.
• Experience in real estate, marketing, or advertising environments, and familiarity with social media and digital platforms for video distribution, will be considered an advantage.
