Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Telecaller role based in Gurugram. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and existing clients, introducing Squared Roof’s property offerings and services. Daily responsibilities include explaining project details, capturing client requirements, scheduling site visits, and following up on leads to drive qualified inquiries and conversions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with sales advisors and field teams,



and sharing timely updates with clients. The Telecaller is expected to uphold professional communication standards, meet call and lead targets, and contribute to an excellent client experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer engagement skills, such as lead qualification, basic negotiation, relationship building, and objection handling.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, CRM usage, follow-up tracking, and time management.
• Candidates should possess basic real estate awareness or the ability to quickly learn property types, local market trends, and project features.
• Candidates should possess comfort working with technology, including office productivity tools, calling software, and online communication platforms.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or real estate advisory is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.
