Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architectural Draftsman role based in New Delhi. The Architectural Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings for various types of scale models, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include interpreting architectural and planning concepts, translating them into precise technical drawings, and coordinating with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. The role involves revising drawings based on feedback,



maintaining drawing standards, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project specifications and deadlines. The Architectural Draftsman will also support quality checks on drawings, collaborate closely with the model-making team, and contribute to efficient project delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for detailed and accurate project documentation.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Planning to interpret design concepts and project requirements.
• Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including manual and CAD-based drafting, for precise technical and presentation drawings.
• Candidates should possess experience with CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, collaborative workplace.
• Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and model makers.
• Experience in architectural model making or related industries will be considered an advantage.
