• Itinerary Planning: Custom-tailor travel itineraries, route maps for cars, and cabin/on-board selections for cruises.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with local transport vendors, luxury fleet providers, and cruise liners to confirm availability and pricing.
• Issue Resolution: Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and on-trip emergency support for customers.
