THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for an ambitious, driven and people-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across Northeast India and beyond. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, identifying opportunities & turning conversations into business, this role is for you. Based in Guwahati, you'll work directly with clients, architects, builders and key decision-makers, helping shape the future of India's growing sports infrastructure industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Drive Business Growth: Identify new projects and generate leads across schools, colleges, corporates, residential developments, sports clubs and government sectors.
• Build Relationships: Connect with clients, architects, builders, consultants & industry stakeholders.
• Convert Opportunities: Understand project requirements, prepare proposals and quotations,



follow up with prospects and close deals.
• Explore New Markets: Research upcoming projects, market trends & business opportunities across the region.
• Work Across Teams: Coordinate with technical & execution teams to deliver the right solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Learn the Industry: Develop expertise in sports flooring, court construction and end-to-end sports infrastructure solutions. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and business growth.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, construction or infrastructure is preferred.
• An interest in sports, construction and infrastructure, with an eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development across Northeast India and other markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. JOB DETAILS
