JOB DESCRIPTION
BizFoc is a compliance, incorporation and accounting firm founded by CA and IIM alumni. We serve a fast-growing base of startups across India from offices in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Hyderabad — 100% paperless and systems-first. We are hiring an Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of 100–150 startup clients and lead a team of 3–4 juniors / article assistants. The role is less about doing every entry yourself and more about running a system where the full portfolio closes on time, every month, without a missed due date. Please Note: This is a high-volume, multi-client practice role. It is well suited to candidates from CA firms, compliance practices or outsourced accounting setups. It is not a single-company controllership role. RESPONSIBILITIES




• Own monthly close and books across the client portfolio (Tally / Zoho Books).
• GST compliance — GSTR-1, 3B, 9 & 9C, reconciliations, notices and departmental replies.
• TDS compliance — 24Q/26Q, challans, TRACES corrections, Form 16/16A.
• ITR filings for companies, LLPs and founders.
• Review and sign-off on all work prepared by junior team members.
• Allocate, track and escalate across the team’s monthly compliance calendar.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for founder-level client queries. REQUIREMENTS
• CA Inter / CA / M.
Com / MBA (Finance).
• 3–5 years in a CA firm, compliance practice or outsourced accounting environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-client portfolio — please state the number of clients handled.
• Prior experience supervising juniors or article assistants.
• Strong working command of GST and TDS law, beyond portal operation.
• Comfort with structured, deadline-driven, paperless workflows.
