• Find interesting creators before everyone else does
• Curate UGC, barter and paid influencers
• Reach out, follow up, brief and coordinate collaborations
• Track content, timelines and performance
• Help build a strong creator community around EDIT ORM & Community
• Track what people are saying about EDIT online
• Reply to comments, reviews and conversations in the right brand voice
• Spot customer feedback and recurring themes
• Help turn positive customer moments into content
• Make sure no important conversation gets ignored Social Media
• Help with Reels, Stories and content planning
• Find trends, references and internet moments worth jumping on
• Support shoots and content days
• Help us keep EDIT culturally relevant without trying too hard Basically...

• You spend a lot of time on Instagram anyway
• You’re organised enough to manage lots of conversations at once
• You’re comfortable DMing creators and building relationships
• You have good taste and can tell when something feels off-brand
• You know the difference between a creator with followers and a creator with influence
• You write well
• You’re proactive and don’t wait for a checklist every morning
• You enjoy consumer brands, culture, creators and the internet Bonus points
• Previous D2C / fashion / beauty / consumer brand internship
• Influencer marketing experience
• You’ve handled a social page before
• You’ve worked with creators
• You’ve used Meta Business Suite / Shopify / Canva / CapCut / Google Sheets
• You have your own page, side project or creator account How we workWe’re currently remote-ish in Mumbai, but we meet 2–3 times a week to shoot, brainstorm and work together. You’ll work closely with the founders and the marketing team. We like people who take ownership, move fast and care about the details. No “intern work” for the sake of intern work. You’ll be doing things that actually affect the brand.
