- Projects & Maintenance Qualification: B.
E. in Civil Engineering

Experience:
5-10 years

Key Responsibilities
• Execute civil construction, renovation, and modification projects.
• Supervise contractors, manpower, and daily site activities.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Handle building maintenance, including civil repairs, painting, plastering, flooring, and waterproofing.
• Attend leakage, seepage, cracks, and other civil maintenance complaints.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine site inspections.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Monitor project expenses and material consumption.




• Maintain maintenance records and submit progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Required Skills
• AutoCAD and drawing reading.
• BOQ preparation and estimation.
• Site supervision and contractor management.
• Knowledge of civil construction and maintenance.
• MS Office and communication skills. Key Performance Indicators
