Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Steel Structural Design–STAAD role based in Indore. The role involves designing and analyzing steel structures using STAAD and other structural design tools to support feed plants, engineering projects, and related industrial installations. Responsibilities include preparing detailed structural drawings and models, coordinating with project and fabrication teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. The position also includes reviewing design requirements, performing load calculations, optimizing structural layouts,



and supporting project documentation throughout the design and execution phases. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and structural design to develop safe and productive steel structures.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to prepare accurate drawings, models, and design documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to create clear visual representations and design layouts when required.
• Candidates should possess skills in Research to analyze standards, materials, and engineering best practices for structural projects.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as STAAD or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant Indian and international structural design codes and industrial standards is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Prior experience in industrial or plant-based structural design, especially in feed or process industries, will be an advantage.
