Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant Experience Required: 3+ years Role Overview We are seeking a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to implement, configure, and optimize SAP TM solutions. The candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications, determine data requirements, and deliver best-in-class transportation planning and execution solutions within an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design & Configuration: Customise and implement SAP TM modules, optimizing transportation planning, freight order management, and carrier selection.
• Functional & Data

Requirements:
Translate process documentation into explicit data requirements and author high-quality functional specifications.
• Cross-Module Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex processes, and integrate TM with other S/4HANA functional areas (OTC, P2P, R2R, Manufacturing).
• System Support & Operations:



Deliver end-to-end support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and continuous process improvements.
• Enablement & Training: Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and technical knowledge transfer across project teams. Key Qualifications & Skills
• SAP TM Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support.
• S/4HANA Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of S/4HANA data objects within TM and exposure to adjacent functional areas (OTC, P2P, R2R, Manufacturing).
• Technical Integration: Proven ability to integrate SAP TM with core SAP ERP/S/4HANA modules and third-party systems.
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and mapping.
• Certifications: SAP TM certification is highly preferred.
