Company Description ENGAGE 4 EVENTS LLP (E4E) is a skilled expo and events services company with four core verticals: Expo Services, Event Organizing, BTL Activations, and Digital Events. The Expo Services division focuses on stall design and fabrication, rental services, and customer engagement activities for diverse exhibitions. The Event Organizing team delivers live concerts, product launches, international speaker programs, and budget meetings. BTL Activations cover office and site branding as well as promotional materials to strengthen client visibility. The Digital vertical manages webinars, webcasts, e-events, and e-expos, providing end-to-end event solutions across physical and virtual platforms. Role Description The Exhibit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of exhibition projects across E4E’s expo and event verticals. This role involves coordinating stall design and fabrication, managing vendor and rental services, and ensuring timely setup and dismantling of exhibits. The Exhibit Manager will liaise with clients to understand requirements, develop exhibit layouts, supervise on-ground teams, and maintain quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and resource allocation, budget tracking, on-site problem-solving, and ensuring smooth customer engagement activities during expos and events. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to integrate branding, promotional materials,



and digital elements into exhibition experiences. Qualifications
• Experience in exhibition and event management, including stall design coordination, fabrication oversight, and on-ground execution.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle timelines, budgets, resource planning, and multiple concurrent exhibits.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, including requirements gathering, communication, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality expo and event delivery.
• Familiarity with branding and promotional activities, such as office/site branding and integration of marketing materials within exhibits.
• Understanding of digital event components (webinars, webcasts, e-events, e-expos) and their integration with physical exhibitions is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and on-site responsiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an asset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments, including occasional extended hours, weekends, and travel as required.
• Relevant education in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in exhibitions and events.
