Remote About the Opportunity An AI research project is seeking senior semiconductor engineering professionals to develop challenging technical problems and evaluate AI-generated solutions. You will apply deep domain expertise and engineering judgment to define technically accurate answers and objective evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities
• Design complex technical problems across device physics, process integration, circuit design, lithography, packaging, yield, and reliability.
• Develop accurate solutions with clear technical reasoning.
• Establish objective criteria for evaluating technical correctness.
• Review other contributors' problems for accuracy and sound methodology.
• Identify ambiguous or ungradable problems and flag them for revision. Required Qualifications
• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.




• Principal, Staff, or Fellow-level experience at a major semiconductor company, or a faculty appointment at a leading university.
• Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in at least one semiconductor subdomain.
• Robust engineering judgment and ability to assess technical solutions under real-world constraints.
• Ability to explain technical reasoning clearly and precisely. Preferred Qualifications
• Publications, patents, or a record of technical leadership.
• Previous AI or LLM evaluation experience (not required). Compensation
• $85–$185 per hour.
