We design and build digital products for businesses and startups, from a company's first website to the software they run their operations on. We're building a team of student sales partners. You bring the ideas and the conversations. We bring the product and the delivery. ? Please note: This is a commission-based, flexible role with no fixed stipend. There are no fees, targets or fixed hours, and you'll never be asked to pay anything to take part. What we build
• Websites & e-commerce: rapid, search-ready business sites and online stores
• Web & mobile apps: booking platforms, customer portals and apps built around how a business works
• Custom business software: internal tools that replace spreadsheets, paperwork and WhatsApp follow-ups
• AI & automation: chatbots, smart workflows and automation for new or existing products Your role You find businesses that could use what we build and start the conversation. How you do it is up to you: cold calls, Instagram or LinkedIn DMs, word of mouth, college events, or an approach nobody has tried yet. We care about results and honesty, not which script you follow. How it works 1. Onboard: a short call covering what we build, who our ideal clients are and how payouts work 2. Register your lead: add the business to our shared tracker before you reach out, so it's recorded as yours 3. Set up the meeting: once an owner is interested, arrange a call with us (join in and see how we pitch) 4. We close & deliver: we handle the proposal, pricing, contract and build, and keep you updated 5. You get paid: your commission lands within 7 days of every client payment What you earn




• 20% commission on every project you bring in
• We only take projects of ₹50,000+, so every deal earns you at least ₹10,000 ₹50,000 project → ₹10,000 | ₹1,00,000 → ₹20,000 | ₹2,00,000 → ₹40,000 | ₹5,00,000 → ₹1,00,000
• No cap. Close five ₹1,00,000 projects and you take home ₹1,00,000
• Performance bonuses for top partners (full structure shared during onboarding)
• Staged payouts: you get your 20% of each client payment within 7 days of us receiving it
• Pitch support: we join every client call and handle technical questions, pricing and negotiation
• A shared lead tracker so you always see where your leads stand and what you've earned
• Direct access to the founder for questions, feedback and new ideas
• Honest feedback that builds sales skills you'll carry into any career Ground rules
• A lead is yours for 90 days from the date you register it. If it closes in that window, the commission is yours.
• Commission applies to projects of ₹50,000+ and is calculated on the amount the client actually pays.
• Represent Web GLo honestly. Don't promise prices, timelines or features without checking with us.
• You can step away anytime. Commission on deals you've already brought in is still paid out. Who this is for Students from any college and any course. You'll do well here if you enjoy talking to people, you're comfortable reaching out to someone you don't know yet, and you like testing ideas to see what works. No prior sales experience needed. We'll help you learn as you go.
