Our immediate priority is Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. We are looking for someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, with a strong understanding of hiring requirements in industrial businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and operational roles.
• Build effective sourcing channels and a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
• Gradually develop and implement HR policies, processes and organisational structures.




• Manage other core HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations and HR operations. Ideal Candidate:
• Strong, hands-on recruitment experience, especially in blue-collar hiring.
• Preferably from manufacturing, steel, engineering, logistics or related industries.
• Experience in developing HR systems and processes will be an added advantage.
