Job Description
– Talent Acquisition Executive Role Overview Support end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for head office, retail stores and warehouses. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across locations.
• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.




• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and maintain candidate communication.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recurring requirements. Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
• Positive Excel and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within timelines.
