Role Description We're looking for an Account Manager Executive who can be the person our clients call first. You'll own day-to-day communication with a set of brands, keep projects moving between our creative, content and performance teams, and make sure what we deliver matches what we promised.

What you'll do
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as their main point of contact
• Understand each brand's goals and turn them into clear briefs for the creative, content and ads teams
• Plan monthly social media content calendars with the team and get them approved on time
• Run weekly check-ins and monthly review calls,



and share reports that explain what's working and what we're changing
• Track timelines, deliverables and feedback so nothing slips through
• Spot chances to grow an account, whether that's a new platform, a campaign idea or an added service
• Handle difficult feedback calmly and keep the relationship strong What we're looking for
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in account management or client servicing, ideally at a digital or social media agency
• An understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and how platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta Ads work
• Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisation skills and comfort juggling multiple clients and deadlines
• The ability to read basic performance numbers (reach, engagement, leads) and explain them simply to a client  Positive to have
