Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing educational and marketing content that aligns with Edural Classes’ mission and supports Bihar Board students. Day-to-day tasks include developing structured lesson content, writing and editing web and app content, preparing exam-focused study materials, and ensuring all content is clear, accurate, and engaging for Classes 8–10. The role also involves coordinating with teachers and academic mentors to translate curricula into student-friendly learning resources,



maintaining content repositories, and updating materials based on feedback and exam trends. This is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, requiring close collaboration with the teaching, product, and operations teams to deliver consistent and high-impact learning experiences. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and student-focused educational content.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain structured learning materials and digital content libraries.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teachers, academic experts, and internal teams and to adapt complex concepts for school-level learners.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in K–12 education content, familiarity with Bihar Board curriculum, and proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, document and presentation tools) are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail while supporting a mission-driven, student-centered environment.
