Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator at MindAlgo. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels, aligned with MindAlgo’s brand voice and mental health mission. The Social Media Content Creator will develop content calendars, write copy, create short-form video concepts, coordinate basic visual assets, and repurpose educational material from Care, Academy, and Corporate Wellness into audience-friendly posts.



Day-to-day tasks include researching trends in mental health and education, collaborating with clinical and academic teams to ensure accuracy, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing content based on analytics. The role also involves community management, including responding to comments and messages in a professional, empathetic manner and supporting social media campaigns for program launches, events, and webinars. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging copy and developing concepts for reels, shorts, carousels, and static posts.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic visual content production, with AI Tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media strategy and analytics, including content calendar planning, hashtag research, and interpreting platform insights to refine campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in research and fact-checking, particularly in psychology and mental health topics, and the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.
