About the role
We're hiring a Performance Marketer to plan, run and scale paid campaigns for our clients. You'll own the numbers that matter (spend, leads, cost per lead, ROAS) and work with our strategy and creative teams to keep pushing them in the right direction.

What you'll do
• Plan, set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max)
• Build audience strategies, targeting and retargeting funnels
• Work with designers and copywriters on ad creatives, and run A/B tests on creatives, copy and landing pages
• Monitor performance daily and optimise for leads, sales and ROAS
• Manage budgets and pacing across multiple client accounts




• Set up and audit tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps What we're looking for
• 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns, preferably at a digital marketing agency
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
• Comfort with data in Excel or Google Sheets, GA4 and Looker Studio
• An understanding of how paid media fits into a brand's wider social media and digital strategy
• A test-and-learn mindset; you'd rather run the experiment than argue about it Good to have
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
