• Handle inbound and warm leads from our digital marketing campaigns (no cold calling)
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right product
• Explain product benefits, usage and value clearly and convincingly




• Use consultative selling to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with interested customers and convert them into sales
• Keep customer interactions and sales updates recorded in the CRM/tracker
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Who You Are
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bengali, Hindi and English (preferred)
• Passionate about sales and talking to customers
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, D2C, e-commerce or retail product sales (preferred)
• Able to read customer psychology and buying behaviour
• Target-driven, positive and self-motivated
• Basic CRM or sales-process knowledge is a plus
