About the role
We're looking for an HR Executive to look after our people. You'll handle hiring end to end, keep day-to-day HR running smoothly, and help us build a workplace people actually want to stay at.

What you'll do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer closures
• Work with team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Run onboarding, induction and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with accounts




• Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations and team outings
• Handle employee queries and resolve concerns fairly and confidentially
• Draft and update HR policies as the team grows What we're looking for
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment role
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed
• Basic knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Good communication skills and a people-first approach Good to have
• Experience hiring for creative, marketing or agency roles
