Role Description This full-time Telemarketer role is a hybrid position based in Noida, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote real estate offerings, generate interest, and qualify leads. Daily responsibilities include explaining property features and perks, handling basic inquiries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, updating the CRM system, following up on leads, and supporting customer service efforts to ensure a positive client experience.



The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to meet call targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficient in appointment scheduling and managing follow-ups in a structured manner.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service and handling client queries professionally.
• Basic sales skills, including lead qualification and persuasion over the phone.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular presence in the Noida office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or call management software is an advantage.
• Prior telemarketing or inside sales experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors, is beneficial.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an added plus.
• Ability to meet call and performance targets while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
