Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations & Export Compliance Executive to handle daily logistics activities, shipment planning, transportation coordination, export documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Logistics Operations
• Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for domestic and export shipments.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors and freight forwarders.
• Monitor vehicle movement, shipment dispatches and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely loading, unloading and dispatch of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or transportation issues.
• Maintain daily logistics reports, dispatch records and delivery details.
• Verify transporter bills, freight charges and logistics invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, accounts and sales departments.
• Maintain proper records of transportation expenses and operational activities.
• Export Documentation & Compliance
• Handle export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate with CHA agents, customs brokers and freight forwarders.




• Ensure export documentation accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor export shipment schedules and customs clearance.
• Maintain proper records of export shipments and compliance documents.
• Coordinate for Certificates of Origin and other applicable export certificates.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily logistics and shipment tracking reports.
• Maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Monitor logistics costs and transportation expenses.
• Maintain vendor, transporter and shipment databases.
• Ensure timely submission and verification of logistics bills. Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics Operations and Export Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and shipment management.
• Experience in handling export documentation and customs coordination.
• Valuable command of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple logistics activities independently. Candidate Preference
