Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based at the Appwars Technologies office in Noida. The Career Counselor will guide students and professionals in identifying suitable career paths, aligning their skills and interests with industry opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitating career workshops, and supporting learners with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, collaborating with training teams to understand program outcomes, and providing regular feedback to improve career support services.



The Career Counselor will also stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to offer current and actionable advice. Qualifications
• 0 to 5 Years Of Experience in Career Counselling.
• Strong skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to support diverse learner profiles.
• Proficiency in Career Development and Career Management to help individuals plan and progress in their professional journeys.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, transparent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in educational or training environments, preferably within IT or professional development domains.
• Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity in counseling interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or career guidance are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple counseling cases and sessions efficiently.
• Comfort with using digital tools, career portals, and basic MS Office applications to support counseling and documentation.
