Remote About Shaac Shaac is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to manage customer inquiries, handle leads generated through advertisements, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings. Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads generated through advertisements and other marketing channels.
• Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
• Explain room options, pricing, amenities, and available offers.
• Understand customer requirements and help them choose the right stay.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and booking status.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth booking process.
• Work towards achieving booking targets and improving lead conversion rates. Requirements
• Good communication and convincing skills.




• Confidence in handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Positive follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
