We are looking for an ambitious, performance-driven HNI Acquisition Strategist who can take ownership of our digital customer acquisition initiatives and help us reach high-net-worth individuals through targeted digital campaigns. Your Role & Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Display, Demand Gen and Meta lead-generation campaigns.
• Develop strategies to attract HNI buyers and investors for premium residential properties.
• Build effective audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Optimise landing pages, conversion tracking, CPL and lead quality.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
• Experiment with new digital acquisition channels, AI tools and marketing technologies.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified enquiries into site visits and business opportunities. What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in real estate, luxury products, financial services or other high-value customer acquisition categories will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM and analytics.
• Ability to independently manage advertising budgets and campaign performance.
