Key Responsibilities
• Oversee microbiology & serology, molecular testing
• Supervise lab operations & ensure compliance (NABL, GCLP)
• Lead infection control practices & audit readiness
• Provide diagnostic reports & expert consultation
• Support R&D; in vaccine serology & immunogenicity studies Qualifications &

Skills:
• MBBS/MD (Microbiology) with 5+ years experience
• Knowledge of ISO 15189:2022, GCLP
• Solid analytical, leadership & communication skills
