3–5 Years Employment Type: Full time We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to establish, lead and manage our complete HR function while supporting organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across branches.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and systems.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
• Drive training and development initiatives.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Establish and monitor employee KRAs, KPIs and performance reviews.
• Manage employee engagement, discipline and grievance handling.




• Oversee exit formalities and employee handovers.
• Develop HR MIS, dashboards and management reports. What We're Looking For:
• Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations and statutory compliance.
• Ability to independently manage HR processes and systems.
• Experience handling multiple branches and diverse teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
