Job Description
Leap GeeBee Education is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Europe Visa Counsellor to support overseas education operations. The role involves guiding students through visa applications for European countries, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide students through study visa processes for European countries, including Germany, France, and other European destinations.
• Review, prepare, and verify visa documentation in accordance with the respective country's requirements.
• Assist students with visa application form filling, appointment scheduling, and submission procedures.
• Follow up on visa applications and coordinate with students and internal branches throughout the process.
• Stay updated on changing visa regulations, documentation requirements, financial criteria,



and application procedures across European countries.
• Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare students to confidently address visa interview questions, wherever applicable.
• Provide guidance on financial documentation, accommodation proof, travel insurance, and other visa-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups to facilitate smooth application processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and branches to resolve queries and ensure a seamless student experience. Candidate Profile
• Strong knowledge of study visa processes for European countries, particularly Germany and France.
• Prior experience in Europe visa counselling, visa documentation, application filing, and end-to-end process coordination.
• Understanding of country-specific visa requirements, financial documentation, and application procedures.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills to guide students throughout the visa application journey.
• Ability to conduct mock interviews and prepare students for visa interviews, wherever applicable.
• Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple student applications and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and student data management.
• Patient, professional, and student-focused approach.
• Prior experience in overseas education or Europe visa counselling is preferred.
