Mumbai, India (Work from Office) Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Meaningful Equity Participation We are building a phygital adTech platform that combines offline attention with digital attribution to deliver unified, measurable advertising campaigns for brands at scale. The Opportunity I'm looking for a CTO who wants to build, not just manage. Someone who can take an existing product and lead its evolution from an early-stage platform to a scalable technology business. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of Oohpoint's technology from architecture and engineering to product innovation, infrastructure and future technical vision. We're particularly interested in:
• Former CTOs and technical co-founders.
• Founders who have previously built or scaled technology products.
• Engineers who have independently taken products from idea to production.
• Senior technical leaders looking for an early-stage building opportunity. What You'll Own1. Technology & Architecture
• Own the overall technology vision, architecture and engineering roadmap.
• Design scalable, secure and reliable systems.
• Strengthen the existing product architecture and prepare it for scale.
• Make critical decisions around infrastructure, databases, APIs and technology choices. 2. Product Engineering
• Take ownership of the existing product and its evolution.
• Build and improve core product capabilities, campaign engines and integrations.
• Lead frontend, backend and application development.
• Ensure product performance, reliability, security and scalability. 3. Data,



AI & AdTech Innovation
• Explore AI/ML-driven targeting, predictive analytics and campaign optimisation.
• Build capabilities around audience intelligence, attribution and measurement.
• Explore new advertising technology formats, automation and integrations. 4. Infrastructure & Engineering Operations
• Own cloud infrastructure, deployment, monitoring and security.
• Establish engineering standards, documentation and development processes.
• Build a reliable technology foundation for growing campaign volumes and users. 5. Technical Leadership
• Build and lead the engineering team as the company grows.
• Take ownership of technical hiring, mentoring and engineering culture.
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy, prioritisation and execution.
• Make independent technical decisions and take accountability for outcomes. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade technology products.
• Strong understanding of system design, application architecture and backend engineering.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing systems for reliability, performance and scale.




• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience leading engineering teams or independently owning technical execution.
• A builder's mindset: comfortable working hands-on while thinking strategically.
• Willingness to take ownership in an early-stage startup workplace. Experience as a CTO, technical co-founder or founding engineer is a strong advantage. AdTech / MarTech / Retail Media experience is a plus, particularly in advertising platforms, campaign management, audience targeting, attribution, analytics or marketing technology.
