Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Maharashtra, India, responsible for overseeing overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This role involves evaluating new investment opportunities, guiding key business decisions, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and regional market conditions. The Owner will lead and mentor senior leaders, establish performance targets, and monitor financial health, risk, and compliance across business units. Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, meeting with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating partnerships, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.



The role also requires maintaining strong governance standards and representing the company in high-level discussions with partners, regulators, and industry bodies. Qualifications
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and investment evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment.
• Experience in operations management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced leadership capabilities, including team mentoring, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in senior executive or ownership roles, preferably within diversified or holding companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of regional markets, regulatory environments, and corporate governance best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India, and collaborate across cultures and geographies.
