Role Description The Marketing Executive role at The Anandam Cafe is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the cafe’s offerings, brand story, and customer experience across both dine-in and delivery channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting local market research, coordinating promotions and offers, managing offline and basic online marketing activities, and supporting sales initiatives to increase footfall and orders. The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth to create engaging content, build customer relationships,



and track the performance of marketing efforts to refine strategies over time. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to understand customer preferences and local competition.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage customers, coordinate with the cafe team, and represent the brand clearly.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and customer engagement skills to support in-store promotions and upselling.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in F&B; or hospitality marketing and familiarity with Bengaluru’s local market.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools for reporting and coordination.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
