MADHAV ASSOCIATES also undertakes fabrication and erection of steel structures such as industrial sheds, warehouses, and custom steel buildings. In addition, the team delivers residential, commercial, and industrial RCC construction, covering foundations, columns, slabs, and beams. The company focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions for building and infrastructure projects. Role Description The Sr. Tekla Detailer will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings for steel and RCC structures using Tekla Structures, in alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating shop and fabrication drawings, preparing general arrangement and erection drawings, coordinating with design engineers and project managers, and ensuring that all details meet structural, fabrication, and construction requirements. The role involves reviewing and updating models based on design changes, performing clash checks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with site teams and vendors for smooth execution. The Sr. Tekla Detailer will also mentor junior detailers,



support quality control processes, and help optimize workflows. This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures for 3D modeling, detailing of steel and RCC structures, and generation of shop and erection drawings.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering basics, including steel and RCC design concepts, connection detailing, and relevant codes and standards.
• Experience in fabrication and construction workflows, including coordination with fabricators, contractors, and site teams for industrial sheds, warehouses, and building projects.
• Ability to interpret and work from architectural and structural drawings, with hands-on skills in drafting, revision management, and documentation control.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, plus mentoring and guidance capabilities for junior detailers.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field; prior experience in a detailing or construction firm is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with additional CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and knowledge of industry safety and quality practices are an advantage.
