Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner or consulting background.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client-facing functional consulting, business requirement gathering, process analysis, and translating business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and existing workflows.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, process mapping, and functional discussions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend suitable Business Central solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation and communicate requirements to relevant teams.
- Manage client expectations, facilitate discussions, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting, including team leadership.




- Prior experience with a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner or consulting firm is strongly preferred.
- Strong client-facing experience, including independent client handling and requirement gathering.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business process understanding.
- Functional consulting experience is the priority; this is not primarily a technical development role.
