DES-TECH ACADEMY is a professional training institute based in Ernakulam, Kerala, offering career-oriented training programs designed to help students develop industry-relevant skills and improve their employment prospects.

We are looking for motivated individuals to work as remote Telecallers and help prospective students learn about our training programs.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students using the contact database provided by the company.
- Explain the courses offered by DES-TECH ACADEMY, including eligibility, duration, fees and career opportunities.
- Understand prospective students’ interests and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up with interested candidates and answer their basic enquiries.
- Share approved course information through telephone calls and WhatsApp, where appropriate.
- Guide interested candidates through the admission enquiry process and coordinate with the academy’s admission team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and confirmed admissions.
- Communicate professionally and provide accurate information without making unauthorised promises about placements or employment.

Compensation and Incentives

This is an incentive-only opportunity with no fixed salary.

- Incentives range from ₹1,500 to ₹5,000 per confirmed admission, depending on the course and applicable incentive structure.
- Additional monthly performance bonuses may be available based on the company’s applicable bonus policy.
- The applicable incentive for each course will be communicated before the candidate starts working.




- Earnings depend on the number of eligible admissions generated. There is no guaranteed minimum monthly income.

Work Arrangement

- Work entirely from home.
- No fixed daily working hours.
- No mandatory daily or monthly admission target.
- The company will provide a database of prospective students.
- A SIM card will be provided by the company, subject to its applicable usage policy.
- Candidates can organise their calling activities flexibly, while maintaining professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility and Skills

Required:

- Good communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with prospective students.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and telephone calling.
- A polite, patient and professional approach.
- Willingness to follow up with interested candidates.
- Ability to maintain basic call and admission records.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, student counselling or admission counselling.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
