Job Description – Bartender (Cocktail Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bartender (Mixologist) who can prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails, and other bar beverages. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, presentation, and bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Mix and garnish drinks using appropriate techniques and measurements.
- Have good knowledge of whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, wine, and other spirits.
- Create innovative cocktails and customized drinks as per guest preferences.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and daily requisitions.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow applicable legal regulations.




- Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.
- Handle bar equipment, glassware, and billing procedures.
- Coordinate with restaurant and service staff for smooth bar operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender / Mixologist.
- Solid knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology.
- Experience in premium restaurants, lounges, hotels, or bars preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of cocktail presentation and garnishing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Preferred Candidate: Experienced professional specializing in cocktail preparation and bar operations.

Job Title for Recruitment: Experienced Bartender / Mixologist (Cocktail Specialist).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
