Job Responsibilities

- Find and recruit labourers according to the company's manpower requirements.
- Visit local areas, labour markets, and other locations to find suitable workers.
- Contact labourers and explain job responsibilities, salary, and working conditions.
- Coordinate with labourers regarding joining dates and reporting to the factory.
- Maintain records of recruited workers and their joining details.
- Coordinate with the HR department to fulfil daily manpower requirements.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure they join the company on time.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for labour recruitment.
- Ability to communicate with workers and maintain good relationships.
- Responsible, hardworking, and target-oriented.
