Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Lead to manage daily team operations, guide team members, monitor performance, and ensure that business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team priorities and capabilities.
- Monitor daily operations, productivity, and overall team performance.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and address team-related issues.
- Identify training needs and support the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain team engagement,

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in team management, supervision, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and results.
