Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills (Running Account Bills) for contractors and clients.
- Handle quantity calculations, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
- Verify subcontractor bills and client bills as per approved drawings and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning engineers, and project teams for billing-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Monitor project quantities, work progress, and billing status.
- Ensure proper documentation of measurement sheets, work orders, and invoices.
- Handle reconciliation of materials and quantities.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.

Required Skills





- Robust knowledge of Civil Engineering measurements and estimation.
- Experience in RA Billing and Final Billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, BBS, and Rate Analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Knowledge of Mivan shuttering projects will be an added advantage.
- Construction / Infrastructure industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
