Job Description – MEP Manager

Position: MEP Manager
Department: Engineering / Projects
Experience: 8–12 Years (Preferred)
Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all MEP activities, including mechanical and electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC design, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Knowledge of CO₂ systems, including piping, installation and related equipment.
- Handle internal electrification works, including wiring, cable routing, lighting and power distribution.
- Knowledge of transformer installation, electrical panels, HT/LT systems and power distribution.
- Coordinate HVAC installation, ducting, ventilation, chilled water and related works.
- Review MEP drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and subcontractors.




- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports.
- Handle testing, commissioning and final project handover.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of MEP services.
- Expertise in HVAC and internal electrification.
- Working knowledge of CO₂ systems and transformer-related works.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of project planning, execution and site management.
- Robust leadership, team management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
