Yes Madam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Call Centre Manager to lead and manage its customer support operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing inbound and outbound calling teams, monitoring customer service quality, handling escalations, improving team productivity, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
