BH HERO PATHANAMTHITTA IS HIRING- SERVICE ADVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our two-wheeler service team in Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should have experience in two-wheeler servicing, good communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle servicing.
- Explain repair requirements, service costs, and estimated delivery times to customers.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Follow up with customers after service and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain service records and ensure smooth daily workshop operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the two-wheeler industry is preferred.




- Knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and basic technical aspects.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in preparing job cards.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop staff.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in motorcycle or scooter service centres will be given preference.
