Job Description: OCR-Based EDI Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an OCR-Based EDI Consultant with experience in automating document processing and EDI integration. The candidate will convert documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices (PDFs/scanned images) into structured EDI formats or ERP-ready data using OCR and integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement OCR solutions to extract data from invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Configure and train OCR tools to recognize different document formats.
- Map extracted data into EDI formats such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Validate data accuracy and handle processing errors and exceptions.
- Integrate OCR solutions with EDI platforms and ERP systems.
- Configure automated document processing through email, SFTP, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

- Experience in OCR, EDI, or B2B integration.




- Hands-on experience with tools such as ABBYY, Kofax, Rossum, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI.
- Knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Experience with EDI platforms such as Cleo, OpenText, IBM Sterling, or Boomi.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, and SFTP.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI-based document processing and data extraction.
- Knowledge of invoice and purchase order processing.
- Experience in EDI mapping, data validation, and ERP integration.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
