Job Overview

VANAA is looking for an Associate Product Engineer with a strong interest in software development and product management. The role involves building and maintaining web applications, developing AI-powered solutions, managing product requirements, and ensuring successful feature releases.

The ideal candidate should have practical coding experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently develop and demonstrate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Build automation scripts, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Manage product backlogs and coordinate with the Product Manager.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Maintain technical documentation and release notes.
- Gather user feedback and support product improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech or B.Sc. in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence only.
- Minimum 2 independently developed projects with GitHub links or live demos.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of APIs,



SQL databases, web development, and Git.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Django, Flask, FastAPI, or React.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Figma, or product documentation.
- Interest in AI, automation, US Healthcare RCM, or B2B SaaS.
- Internship experience in software development or product management.
