We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to build our digital presence, communicate our design philosophy, and generate quality leads through strategic marketing and engaging content.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the firm's online presence, creating compelling content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and converting online engagement into potential client enquiries.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, visual storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn about architecture and interior design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Beyond Space's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Publish reels, posts, stories, carousels, project updates, and promotional content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual quality across platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and direct messages, and identify opportunities to connect with potential clients.

2. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos and reels.
- Capture office activities, site visits, project progress, design processes, completed projects, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to transform design concepts into engaging digital stories.
- Create creative captions, hooks, scripts, promotional creatives, and campaign content.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other relevant content creation software.
- Assist in producing video content for the firm's podcast and brand-building initiatives.

3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Develop strategies to generate enquiries for architecture, interior design, renovation, and related services.
- Convert social media engagement into genuine client enquiries.
- Manage incoming enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and other channels.




- Follow up with potential clients and maintain an organised lead database.
- Identify potential customers, referral partners, builders, developers, and business opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Coordinate with the architecture team to qualify leads and arrange client consultations.

4. Digital Marketing & Brand Development

- Research competitors, market trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats.
- Develop innovative campaigns that differentiate Beyond Space from competing architecture firms.
- Support Google Business Profile management and local digital visibility.
- Assist with website content, search engine optimisation (SEO), and online portfolio updates.
- Explore collaborations with creators, real estate professionals, brands, and local businesses.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, and lead conversion.
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly marketing reports.
- Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate campaign performance and help optimise marketing expenditure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Relevant practical skills and portfolios are also welcome.
- Robust understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Basic skills in video shooting, reel editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.




- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in architecture, interior design, lifestyle, or real estate is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing a business or professional Instagram account.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead-generation campaigns.
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile and basic SEO.
- Ability to identify content trends and adapt them to an architectural brand.
- A portfolio of reels, designs, campaigns, or previous marketing work.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Consistency and quality of content published.
- Growth in relevant audience reach and engagement.
- Number of qualified enquiries generated through digital channels.
- Enquiry follow-up and lead database management.
- Conversion of digital enquiries into consultations and potential projects.
- Performance of paid campaigns, where applicable.
- Creativity, initiative, and contribution to brand development.
