- Operate and monitor machines used in ice cream production and packaging.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machinery during production.
- Set up machines and adjust operating settings as required.
- Monitor production quality and maintain proper output.
- Identify minor machine issues and report technical faults.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and the production area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Eligibility:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields preferred.
- Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Freshers with basic technical knowledge may also apply.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Skills Required:
- Basic machine-handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.
