Raj Riviera Hotels, a premium four-star classified property in Muvattupuzha, is expanding our kitchen operations. We are seeking dedicated and experienced culinary professionals to lead and support our food and beverage team.
Open Positions
Head Chef
- The Role: Take complete charge of kitchen operations, menu engineering, and quality control across all cuisines. You will train staff, manage daily inventory and food costs, and ensure strict compliance with four-star hygiene and safety standards.
- Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive culinary experience, with proven leadership in a reputed hotel or premium high-volume restaurant. Exceptional organizational skills, team management abilities, and a strong foundation in multi-cuisine operations are essential.
Commis 1 or 2 – Chinese Cuisine
- The Role: Execute classic Oriental and popular Indo-Chinese preparations with speed and precision. You will handle daily mise-en-place, manage wok stations during busy services, and ensure consistent flavor profiles.
- Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in a commercial kitchen specializing in Chinese cuisine. Strong wok handling skills, fast-paced execution,
and a solid understanding of standard kitchen hygiene.
Commis 1 or 2 – South Indian Cuisine
- The Role: Prepare authentic South Indian specialties, focusing heavily on traditional Kerala cuisine. You will be responsible for accurate spice blending, tempering, and executing heritage recipes consistently for both regular service and banquets.
- Requirements: 1-4 years of dedicated experience in South Indian kitchens. Must have a deep respect for regional ingredients, efficient preparation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
