Business Development Executive (Australia & UK Market)

Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About Us

BetterBukz Accounting Services Private Limited is a growing accounting and business services firm serving international clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the Australia & UK market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Australia & UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.
- Research market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree required (MBA with Marketing specialization preferred)

✅ Freshers can apply. Selected candidates may undergo a 3-6 month internship/training period to gain market exposure.





✅ 3-6 months of experience in:

- International Business Development
- Inside Sales
- Lead Generation
- International Calling

✅ Experience with Australian market lead generation or sales will be an added advantage.

✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

✅ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical abilities.

✅ Self-motivated with a proactive and "never give up" attitude.

✅ Knowledge of Australian business culture is a plus.
