About the Role

Reverra Jewels is looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to grow our diamond and jewelry sales in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls, build relationships with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.

This role requires excellent spoken English, strong closing skills, and the ability to work consistently during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the USA.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable diamonds and jewelry.
- Present products confidently and explain pricing, quality, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Share quotations and product details, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Follow up regularly through calls, email, and approved messaging channels.
- Build a sales pipeline and develop repeat business through strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, order requirements, and fulfillment.
- Meet agreed targets for calling activity, qualified leads, conversions, and sales revenue.




- Provide daily updates on sales progress and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development, with a proven record of closing sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence speaking to US customers.
- Experience in international calling or selling to the US market.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and working toward revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, email, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Available to work the full 8:00 PM–5:00 AM IST shift.

Preferred Experience

- Prior sales experience in diamonds, fine jewelry, luxury products, or other high-value products.
- Knowledge of natural and lab-grown diamonds, diamond grading, certifications, and jewelry terminology.
- Experience independently managing the sales process from the first call through order closure.
