About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial records and timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of journal entries, provisions, accruals, and expense allocations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in statutory and internal audits.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Solid knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
